Architectural Guidelines
To maintain the overall visual appeal and
exclusivity of the subdivision, as well as to protect and enhance
future property values for its residents, Leisurewood created
detailed deed restrictions and standards of construction and
building design that require the approval of all new construction by
Leisurewood's Architectural Control Board.
The Architectural Control Board was
created to enhance resident property values by requiring conformity to
certain standards of construction, visual appeal, uniformity, and
design.
In order that Leisurewood's residents and future
residents understand the value of these standards, as well as the
standards themselves, Architectural Control Board Guidelines are
currently being finalized, and will be posted on this web site upon
completion. At that time, the
link below will be activated, and the Guidelines will be available
for review.
