Leisurewood On The Lake is a master-planned residential
subdivision developed on 47.65 acres of wooded terrain on Lake
Livingston. The development includes 86 wooded home sites,
ranging from a minimum of 15,000 square feet (1/3 acre) to over 1
acre homesites. Five types
of lots are offered: standard interior lots, interior reserve lots
that adjoin a 400 acre wildlife preserve, waterview lots, lakefront
lots, and interior waterfront lots on a private lake near the

maintain its exclusivity, one of the most restricted subdivisions.
Deed restrictions are designed to maintain and encourage growth in
property values, to include deed restricted building standards
requiring approval of new construction by an Architectural Control
Board, minimum residential square footages of 1,500 square feet, and
