In order to maintain the natural beauty and exclusivity of the L eisurewood
subdivision, Amended
Deed Restrictions were developed to maintain and encourage
continuing growth in property values, which
include defined building standards
that require approval of all new construction by an Architectural Control
Board, and that restrict the use of temporary buildings and mobile
homes.
