Question: Will the subdivision roads be paved?
Answer: When the major portion
of construction is completed on the waterfront, a plan is in place
to pave all or part of the subdivision roads.

Question: How are the square footages on your homes
calculated?
Answer: Square footage
calculations do not include decks, porches, lanais, garages or
attics.
3. Question:
How much are Community Association dues and what do they cover?
Answer: There is an annual
maintenance fee of $120.00 per lot. All half acre or larger
lots are $240 per lot. The Developer currently
maintains all common areas and community improvements, until such
time that a Community Association is formed, after which those
duties will be carried out by the Association.
4. Question:
Do you allow mobile homes in the subdivision?
Answer: To protect its property
values, Leisurewood's Deed Restrictions do not allow mobile homes,
shacks, or other temporary structures.
