1. Question: When will the community of Leisurewood be completed?

Answer:
Completion of community amenities is expected in the first quarter of 2005.  Completion of the subdivision and sale of all lots is estimated in mid 2006.

2. Question: Are you considering gating any portion of Leisurewood?

Answer: Present plans include gating and improvements to the entrance to Leisurewood.

3. Question: How are the square footages on your homes calculated?

Answer: Square footage calculations do not include decks, porches, lanais, garages or attics.

4. Question: How much are Community Association dues and what do they cover?

Answer: There is an annual maintenance fee of $120.00 per lot.  The Developer currently maintains all common areas and community improvements, until such time that a Community Association is formed, after which those duties will be carried out by the Association.

5. Question: How many boat slips are planned for the private marina?

Answer: The marina is designed for expansion, in order to allow a boat slip for each residence in Leisurewood.

6. Question: Do you allow mobile homes in the subdivision?

Answer: To protect its property values, Leisurewood's Deed Restrictions do not allow mobile homes, shacks, or other temporary structures
