Leisurewood Homes represents a coalition of builders that are approved to build single family homes in Leisurewood.  Operating as an advertising co-op, rather than a typical homebuilder or contractor, Leisurewood works hand in hand with the Architectural Control Board to approve specific builders, and to supervise construction within the subdivision.

It's first waterfront home, shown below, in Leisurewood's Bridgewater Section, which spans the Leisurewood waterfont, was built on a 1/2 acre site on the waterfront, with over 100 feet of protected shoreline, overlooking the site of Leisurewood's private marina.  The home was one of a number of pre-approved waterfront home plans, designed with a lake and coastal lifestyle in mind.  All waterfront home plans are view oriented designs that achieve a sense of openness, and panoramic views of Lake Livingston.
