Leisurewood is just beginning its
homebuilding program, which presents a variety of products and pricing. We are extremely broker friendly and welcome all

Our first homes are being built on
one half acre waterfront lots, each at least 100 feet wide, which are in
demand at Lake Livingston. The second product in demand at the
lake are large interior lots. All of ours are approximately a
half acre or larger, and half of those lots back up to a dedicated
400 acre wildlife preserve.
Plans for community
amenities include a protected shelter harbor for development of
a private resident marina that will accommodate covered boat slips
for all residents, as well as a covered marina amenity area, and
open observation and fishing decks.
In our site planning, we've also
done our best to retain the maximum number of mature pines and
hardwoods. In fact, everything rom land planning to shoreline
and breakwater protection was designed to minimize environmental
